Our client, a market leading claims organisation, is seeking Liability Claims Handlers to deal with a mixed caseload of EL / PL & Product liability losses on a cradle to grave basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling a portfolio of claims from 'cradle to grave'. This will typically involve liaising with Loss Adjusters, policyholders, brokers and other third parties. The successful candidate will be expected to be analytical and have excellent communication skills as they will need to examine evidence and medical reports as well as negotiating liability and quantum with solicitors. Previous exposure to liability claims is essential and progress towards a professional qualification, such as ACII, would be a definite bonus.
