As well as overseeing the day to day management and development of team members you will also be responsible for the distribution and control of work within the team, providing guidance and supervision, authorising cheques, technical referral, auditing and quality control measures. The position requires a flexible approach, leadership and supervisory skills along with the ability to work in and create a cohesive team environment.
