We have been instructed by our client, a major insurance claims organisation, to recruit a Liability Adjuster to bolster their South team. Reporting to the Area Liability Manager, typically, the successful candidate will be handling a caseload of EL & PL (injury and property) losses on both a cradle to grave and investigate and report only basis. This will entail liaising with policyholders, brokers, Insurers and solicitors in order to negotiate or defend liability as appropriate. Applicants must have at least three years Liability Adjusting experience and preferably possess a relevant qualification such as ACII, although further professional development will be supported / encouraged.
