Our client is looking for a Complex Loss Liability Claims Technician to work out of their Leeds office within the dedicated Complex Loss Liability division, handling / assisting with a portfolio of the larger and more complex / sensitive liability (EL, PL & Products) claims – injury and property. You will typically liaise with Solicitors, Liability Adjusters, Brokers, Policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Unit Manager. You must have at least one year’s previous liability claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a market-leading & well respected organisation.
