Our client is looking for a Liability Claims Technician to work out of their Milton Keynes office and handle / assist with a portfolio of liability EL / PL claims (predominantly EL claims for the rail network). You will typically liaise with Solicitors, Liability Adjusters, Brokers, Policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Branch Manager. You must have at least two year’s previous liability claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. Ideally, you will have previously handled EL network rail claims although this is not essential. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential.
