Our client is looking for a Technical Manager (Household Claims) to work between their Birmingham and Manchester offices and act as a point of technical referral to a team of Household Claims Technicians in the handling of household (buildings, contents and personal possessions) claims. A COMPANY CAR WILL BE PROVIDED WITH THE ROLE. You will be involved in the allocation of losses, checking of reports / correspondence. You will work closely with the senior / executive management team in Mancheser, handling complaints where appropriate and being responsible for the handling of your own caseload of the larger and complex claims. Ideally, you will be ACII qualified although this isn’t essential & where appropriate, further professional development will be supported. We are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 3 years Household Claims / Adjusting experience. This is a fantastic opportunity working for a highly respected company in the market.
