Salary: £50000 to £70000 £50000 - £70000 per annum + Car, Bonus, Benefits etc

Our client is looking for a chartered Building Surveyor / Expert Witness work out of their London office and operate throughout the London / South East regions as necessary, handling a portfolio of Expert Witness / Building Surveying Professional Indemnity claims. Ideally, you will be dual qualified (CILA and RICS/CIOB etc), although applicants will be considered with only their RICS/CIOB designation. You will come from a heavy civil/structural engineering background and have worked as a Loss Adjuster for a number of years. Ideally, you will boast prior Major Loss and/or Project Management experience. You will typically be a team player; be energetic, determined, professional and take a great pride in your work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further enhance his or her already strong reputation in the project managed perils field.
