Our client is seeking a Commercial Loss Adjusting Manager to work from home and/or out of one of their local offices and manage the UK Commercial Adjusting proposition, reporting into the Loss Adjusting Services Director. Your Loss Adjusters will handle commercial property losses (material damage & business interruption) on behalf of various instructing principals, including Lloyds / London market clients. You will be typically responsible for a management structure, divisional profit & loss, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals, recruitment & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager / Loss Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a national field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team.
