Our client, a market leading specialist claims organisation are seeking to bolster their talented team with the addition of a Major Loss Liability Claims Technician to assist in the handling of a portfolio of the higher value and more complex and contentious EL & PL injury and property claims until settlement. The role will entail liaising with policyholders, solicitors, third parties and others with a view to negotiating liability and quantum as appropriate. We are seeking candidates with at least five years liability (EL/PL - NOT MOTOR) claims handling experience, fully conversant with the six pack, Woolf Reforms etc. Applicants should also be able to demonstrate some progression towards ACII qualification.
