This is a highly professional firm with them requiring polished, ambitious and highly competent advisers with an excellent degree of technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection. Whilst the firm would expect any applicant to have some form of transferable client base, they do boast relationships with a number of professional connections and provide a first class level of technical support, entailing each adviser to maximise their production figures. The fact that existing advisers of the firm have been averaging in excess of £300,000pa of business written demonstrates quite clearly the quality of the proposition.
Whilst Diploma status is the minimum requirement it is expected that applicants will have begun study towards Chartered status, in line with the level of the firm.
Remuneration is bespoke and will depend on the requirements of each candidate. This includes both an employed route but also a self-employed offering with a generous pay-away rising to 65% on all business written.
