Our client is seeking to add a General Adjuster to their team, to cover Glasgow and the Central Belt as required. Working from an office base, the successful candidate will be handling a mixed portfolio of domestic and commercial property claims on a cradle to grave basis. This will typically entail, attending site, checking policy liability, assessing the loss, instructing contractors/suppliers, liaising with Insurers, Brokers and other third parties in order to reach an equitable settlement. A relevant professional qualification, such as ACII/ACILA is preferred but not essential. Several years previous of handling property losses in an external capacity is crucial. This is a temporary contract position.
