Our client, a niche and hugely respected insurance and legal organisation, are seeking a Professional Indemnity Adjuster to handle a portfolio of complex and technical claims, emanating out of the construction industry, on a cradle to grave basis. Knowledge of contract works / JCT 21.2.1 is essential. The successful candidate will also be required to use their expertise to act as a witness in court in regards to contentious and disputed losses. The successful candidate will ideally be a dual qualified Adjuster / Surveyor (ACILA / MRICS) - we are ideally looking for a name in the market, someone known for the quality of their work and their gravitas.
