Our client, a major Insurance organisation is seeking to add to their niche Construction Liability Team a Claims Technician to handle a portfolio of injury, property damage and contract works (JCT 21.2.1. etc) losses through to settlement in line with policy terms and conditions. Working from the City office and reporting to the Construction Liability Manager, the successful candidate would be liaising with Brokers, policyholders, Loss Adjusters and other parties in order to negotiate liability and quantum. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in EL & PL claims handling, ideally with a construction bias although this is not essential as training will be provided. Progression towards ACII designation would be advantageous and further professional development will be supported.
