As testament to their professionalism and RDR readiness the Directors have ensured that the practice is now a Chartered one and are keen to recruit advisers who take their professional development as seriously.

To that end they are continuing to expand through organic growth and are able to provide the level of administration, compliance and paraplanning support that enables their consultants to focus on seeing clients. As opposed to networks, the directors take a keen interest in the development of their consultants, providing guidance, support and encouragement from their Warrington offices, alongside monthly training sessions.

Given the professional nature of their work it is expected that applicants will be committed to moving towards advanced qualifications. However given their excellent in-house training they are able to accommodate junior to the most senior of IFAs as long as they are able to demonstrate a first class attitude.

The company also offers generous pay away and packages to attract those fully committed to building their own client bank. A number of IFAs continue to earn six-figures.
