One recent scheme had over 70 members with an average salary of £45,000, reflecting the opportunities this service affords.
Alongside this the firm offers a huge degree of technical support (including Diploma qualified paraplanners) as well as access to clients through existing professional connections (a number of the Directors have an accountancy background). Therefore applicants with the determination and ability to cultivate a profitable client portfolio have all of the tools in place to succeed.
To be considered it is imperative that candidates can demonstrate a successful track record advising on an independent basis as well as having progressed with advanced qualifications (attainment of Chartered status is highly desirable). Applicants will be driven, highly motivated and have the new business skills required of modern-day consultants.
A tailored financial package is on offer to enable the firm to recruit the best consultants in the market and does strongly reward performance. Salaries can go to £52,000 per annum with a low validation level and 40% bonus pay-away.
