Applicants will need to be experienced, good quality IFAs who have been generating a minimum of £50,000 per annum, although the preference is for individuals who are much more established. It is expected that those candidates will be able to carry on working with their own client base whilst new leads are being converted, but it is an opportunity whereby a good level of assistance can be provided in the generation of clients through the acquisition campaign.
Diploma status is a pre-requisite.
The company offer self-employed contracts with splits on an adviser’s own business as high as 85% although there is a monthly desk charge to consider. They will also pay competitive rates on business written from provided leads.
