An expanding wealth management organisation with a national presence, our client is embarking on further growth throughout the UK. Having acquired a number of regional and national IFAs already, with further acquisitions in the pipeline, they are aiming to be one of the leading national financial planning firms in the country.

With 100 IFAs already and a successful, established wealth management service, the company are able to offer a huge number of tangible positives to any ambitious consultant wishing to further their career within the industry.

This includes access to clients bought by the firm through their acquisition programme, access internally to leads from other divisions within the organisation (such as banking and retirement seminars) and some of the best links in the market to the professional connection community, in particular legal practices. Advisers also benefit from a large technical support function, a marketing team and in-house training.

The firm is looking for the best possible advisers in the industry and are paying very attractive salaries, ranging from £40,000 to £75,000, and a bonus scheme that truly rewards high achievers, with bonus levels starting at 37.5% and increasing to 50% dependent upon production.

They are though very clear that in return they need to secure professional, determined and highly competent advisers who have the capability of writing sizeable sums of business. The support is there but any applicant will have to be proactive and new business orientated, with it advantageous that any candidate has either some clients or introducer links to bring to the role (although this is not a pre-requisite). Applicants must be able to demonstrate an excellent track record and be Diploma qualified.

The firm have offices in most parts of the UK but the present focus is on the South East.
