Exchange Street has been retained by this national IFA practice to facilitate further growth within the employee benefits arena. Having undergone major expansion over the past few years the firm are extremely well placed ahead of the Retail Distribution Review and are now seeking to add a senior individual to their successful team in the South East.
Reporting in to the National Sales Director this position will entail utilising the firm’s extensive network of professional connections to deliver corporate sales opportunities. This is very much a new business focused role and will require an individual who is capable of presenting at board level in relation to complex employee benefit and group pension cases. Those candidates with their own network of introducers or existing corporate clients will be at a distinct advantage.
To be considered it is essential to have extensive knowledge of the employee benefits/group pensions arena and will have a demonstrable track record of success working for a firm that specialises in the corporate arena. Candidates will need to be able to show how they have self-generated business in the past as it is vital that our client secures a very proactive individual. That said the firm do have an established proposition, excellent links to the professional connection marketplace and a marketing team, so full support is on offer to the right person.
The vast majority of the company’s salesforce has already attained Diploma status and it is likely that applicants will be themselves suitably qualified to Level 4 status.
