This national, highly regarded practice specialises in the provision of equity release advice and has continued to prosper despite difficult market conditions.

They are currently seeking to recruit an additional equity release adviser in the South East to provide a first class service to clients generated through their extensive marketing. This includes their own website as well as ongoing exposure within a number of daily newspapers that generates a significant number of leads which are qualified via the Head Office before being passed on to the local adviser.

It is imperative that candidates are qualified to provide equity release advice – those without such a designation will not be considered. Alongside this, applicants will have a strong sales pedigree within the equity release market, hold excellent technical knowledge and be extremely professional. Again, applicants who do not have significant equity release advice experience will not be considered given the nature of the role. As a home based role it is key that candidates are highly motivated individuals and dedicated; experience of operating in such a capacity is highly advantageous.

This is an employed role with a car allowance and an attractive bonus scheme that sees current advisers earn extremely good levels of income while being supplied with high quality leads. This particular position has arisen due to the firm generating more leads than their advisory team can deal with so the role will be a busy one requiring travel and flexible working hours. Staff retention is extremely high.

The majority of leads will be in London/the M25 corridor and applications are welcome from those individuals able to service this region.
