Our client, a market leading Insurance Company is seeking a Motor Personal Injury Claims Team Leader to work out of their Manchester office. As well as overseeing the day to day management and development of team members you will also be responsible for monitoring targets and analysing MI, continually reviewing existing systems/processes and acting as a technical referral point for the team. You will have a strong working knowledge of the full RTA claims process including assessing liability, credit repair/hire and Personal Injury . The position requires a flexible approach, leadership and supervisory skills along with the ability to work in and create a cohesive team environment.
