Our client is looking for a Claims Operations Manager to work out of their Birmingham office and operationally manage their Claims Units incorporating Claims Technicians / Desktop Investigators accross multiple sites. You will report into the UK Claims Director and be operationally responsible for the running of this business unit(s), accountable for systems, staffing, services, profit & loss, logistics, complaints and account management etc. Ideally, you will be ACII qualified although this isn’t essential & where appropriate, further professional development will be supported. We are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years prior operational and/or managerial experience; someone energetic, dynamic & ambitious.
