Our client is looking for a Contractor Network Service Delivery Manager to work out of their Surrey based office. You will typically handle and resolve customer queries and complaints, reporting into the Unit Director. Additionally, you will assist with the collation of management information for clients, working alongside a professional team of Loss Adjusters and Claims Technicians. Your role will be to manage the quality & output of the UK Contractor Network. Ideally, you will boast previous customer services or Contractor / Surveying experience and be able to operate at all levels (Management to Managing Director). In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity working for a market-leading & well respected organisation.
