Exchange Street is currently working with an established award winning IFA practice in Surrey with a reputation for providing bespoke financial planning solutions with a ‘new model’ approach. In preparation for the retirement of one of the teams senior IFAs, they are currently looking to recruit an experienced adviser in Surrey.

The role will suit an ambitious and self motivated adviser, looking to take control of their own career by joining an organisation which understands the needs of an IFA and provides the necessary support for them to achieve their goals. This includes a number of existing clients and new business leads from the firms ongoing marketing initiatives to add to an advisers own portfolio. In addition the firm has an experienced administration team and, perhaps most importantly, a team of likeminded colleagues and a management structure that recognises a consultant’s autonomy and knowledge.

Offering an attractive % on all income (both new business and trail) with flexible exit strategies for retiring consultants, the deal will represent an attractive proposition for network members, advisers with other practices or those looking to take more control of the careers by going self employed.
