Our client, a highly respected regional IFA practice with offices in Sussex and London and one of the few to hold Chartered Financial Planning and Discretionary Investment Management status in the South East, is currently looking to add to their teams across both locations.

Established with a commitment to offering clients a truly consultative service to encompass all of their financial needs, this forward thinking organisation has continued to build on its success by recruiting quality individuals throughout. With strong professional connections and company-wide marketing initiatives in place, consultants benefit from a regular supply of new leads although a small transferrable client bank will be required to help the successful candidate achieve target in the early stages of employment. In addition, the role is fully supported by both paraplanners and technically competent administrators, allowing the incumbent the opportunity to focus most of their time in a relationship management or advisory capacity.

Successful applicants will hold current competent adviser status and have achieved the diploma qualification. In return, remuneration consists of an attractive salary and benefits package and an achievable bonus structure allowing consultants to earn considerably more. Self employed packages are also available to attract those with larger transferable client banks.
