Exchange Street is currently working with a highly regarded Chartered practice in West Sussex as they look to recruit an experienced consultant as part of a succession planning strategy to replace a senior consultant who will not be continuing past the RDR deadline.

Although some of the existing client bank will be passed to the firm’s other advisers, approximately half will be available to a new incumbent making this an attractive opportunity for someone keen to add to those they are already dealing with. The role is fully supported by both paraplanners and technically competent administrators, allowing the consultant the opportunity to focus most of their time in a relationship management or advisory capacity.

Successful applicants will hold current competent adviser status and Level 4 Diploma. Applicants will also have some transferable clients and be able to generate £50-60,000 from their own sources. In return, remuneration consists of an attractive salary and a bonus structure that kicks in as soon as salary is covered making it one of the most lucrative employed positions in the market.
