Our client, a major insurance organisation, is seeking to strengthen their team with the addition of an FNOL Claims Adviser. The successful candidate will be taking inbound calls from policyholders / Insurers to register details of home claims. This will entail inputting details in to the system and ensuring that the claim is passed to the right department. You may also be asked to deal with the smaller value claims through to settlement.The role requires excellent customer service skills and therefore we are looking for applicants who have worked in a similar insurance environment before and ideally possess a degree.
