The role
Actively manage and monitor the clients' claims programme and ensure that an effective claims service is provided
Assist Account / Corporate Executives with Review, negotiate and agree the claims programme with Clients, Insurers and others.
Manage a Personal portfolio of Corporate Claims (Motor, Liability & Property)
Issue and maintain client claims procedure guidelines, and Insurer and third party administrators' service level agreements.
Carry out pre renewal reserve audits to assist in the placing of risk as required.
Manage provision of clients' claims statistics and where agreed provide interpretation of summary reports and analysis.
Manage Tender exercises for the appointment of Loss Adjusters, Accident Management Providers and other Third Party Administrators.
Ensure that service providers agreed targets are met and reviewed regularly to ensure a continuation of service.
Advise Client Service Teams of any potential problems, contentious claims and general claims trends.
Provide audits on Insurers and Third Party Administrators in accordance with claims programme.
Identify and develop opportunities for revenue generation from new and existing client relationships.
Contribute to new business initiatives and defensive exercises.
Identify and report market and legislative developments to internal and external contacts.
