Our client is looking for up to 3 Liability Claims Technicians to work out of their Croydon office and handle / assist with a portfolio of liability EL, PL & Products liability claims. You will typically liaise with Solicitors, Liability Adjusters, Brokers, Policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Unit Manager. You must have at least two year’s previous liability claims handling experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries.

You will be handling a mixed portfolio of EL, PL and Products liability losses on a cradle to grave and investigate and report only basis. Ideally, you will be ACII/ACILA qualified although this isn’t essential & where appropriate, further professional development will be supported. We are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 4
