Our client, a claims handling organisation, are seeking to bolster their already strong team with the addition of a Technical Liability Claims Manager to work out of their Merseyside office. The successful candidate will be working on the casualty team and will therefore require in-depth, technical experience of complex EL / PL claims. Responsible for technical referrals, quality control / auditing (internal & external), the identification and delivery of training, liaising closely with other areas of the business / senior management, implementing best practice and building client relationships. We are ideally seeking candidates with ACII designation with prior experience of high level liability losses, preferably with management skills gained at an Insurer, Loss Adjuster or legal practice.
