Fee Earner Assistants

Our client is one of the foremost insurance litigation firms in the UK, acting for over 60 insurance clients. The firm handles claims arising from most lines of insurance business. Due to expansion they are looking to recruit fee earner assistants to significantly increase the capacity in handling specialist fraud files

Tasks include:

Fielding telephone calls and dealing with general or straightforward queries
Instructing engineers or investigators
Desk top searches and reviewing medical records
Liaising with parties involved in claims including the insured, insurer, witnesses etc
Attending conference and uncontested court appointments

Successful candidates may not necessarily have a strong background in insurance Fraud.

Suitable applicants will have experience of insurance litigation and be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the processes.
