Our client, a prestigious national legal / insurance organisation is seeking to bolster their market leading unit with the addition of a Disease Claims Handler to deal with a portfolio of pre-litigation, non-scheme, industrial deafness, VWF & NIHL losses. Typically, liaising with solicitors, Loss Adjusters, Insurers and claimants, you will be expected to determine liability and quantum, utilising medical evidence, case law and other documentation in order to negotiate an equitable settlement. Applicants will be expected to have prior experience of handling non-shceme disease claims.
