Our client, a market leading global insurance company is seeking a Motor Claims Team Leader to work out of their Manchester office. As well as overseeing the day to day management and development of team members you will also be responsible for monitoring targets and analysing MI, continually reviewing existing systems/processes as well as the opportunity to be involved in project work. You will have a strong working knowledge of the full RTA claims process including assessing liability, credit repair/hire or Personal Injury claims. The position requires a flexible approach, leadership and supervisory skills along with the ability to work in and create a cohesive team environment.
