Subsidence Engineer / Surveyor

Salary: £35000 to £45000 £35000 - £45000 per annum + Car + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a well respected and established claims management organisation, is looking to add an Engineer/Surveyor to their team to project manage subsidence claims as required. Typically, the successful candidate will be expected to arrange own appointments, attend site, diagnose causation, draw up a schedule of remedial works and oversee their completion in accordance CDM/H&S regulations on losses up to £200k. You will also handle a caseload of perils losses from cradle to grave. Previous experience subsidence/perils surveying is essential and you should possess a relevant buildings related qualification such (MRICS/MCIOB/MICE) and it would be a bonus if you were ACII/ACILA also.
