Our client is a market leading organisation and is seeking Senior Personal Injury Specialists to work out of their Manchester office. Cases will be handled from 'cradle to grave' and will involve notifying claims, making relevant enquiries to establish liability as quickly as possible, reviewing medical and other case critical reports, researching and assessing quantum and negotiating settlement of the claim and associated costs with the claimant’s solicitors. You will have previous experience of handling Motor PI claims and the salary package is negotiable based on the level of that experience.

Main Accountabilities

Handle and process Third Party Injury Claims up to a value of £30,000 or £50,000 for multiple claimant cases accurately and efficiently and in accordance with the Best Practice Guide.

Ensure all claims are checked for possible fraudulent cases.

Ensure the claim is actioned at every opportunity (both when post received and diary set) in order to reach the best settlement efficiently and expediently.

Ensure all recovery cases have liability apportioned correctly in order to achieve the best settlement.

To fulfil the role of Team Leader in his/her absence to ensure continuity and to complete tasks as delegated by the Team Leader.
