Our client is seeking a Household Claims Operations Manager to work out of their Manchester office and be responsible for the administration / operations function supporting the Household Claims Unit. You will report into the Unit Manager and be typically responsible for service delivery, administration, filing, systems etc. We are ideally looking for an organised individual with experience of working witin a Claims Unit; someone perhaps with prior experience of handling household claims who wold relish the responsibility that goes with this role.
