This is a field-based role working as part of the Broker Claims Management Team, the successful candidate will act as a focal point for the development of BCMS and its portfolio of Legal Expense Insurance products / services, to include, full claims management for brokers / agents across the UK. This role requires the jobholder to champion the products/services to existing and potential brokers / agents.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruit existing brokers / agents to the product / services
Manage business relationships with brokers / agents who have signed up to the products / services
Identify and verify opportunities within those businesses.
Achieve sales targets, through maximising identified opportunities
Identify and recruit future brokers / agents
Be seen as the face of the client for their portfolio of Legal Expense Insurance products / claims management services
Organise and lead service reviews with brokers / agents – Collate data from relevant dept’s including external suppliers where appropriate, review for accuracy and provide to agent within set deadlines
Problem solving and complaint resolution
Build relationships at all levels where appropriate within the client business
Secure new business at terms required to achieve or exceed company’s target contribution figure
Achieve target contribution whilst ensuring an excellent quality and standard of service is delivered throughout the service level agreement period
Liase with the operations team with regards to the delivery of service, providing information on agent accounts, needs and requirements
Feedback competitor and Market industry information to include Credit Hire / Credit Repair / PI
Gain Knowledge of MOJ (Ministry of Justice) rules and regulations
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Preferable knowledge of Credit Hire, Legal Expense Insurance and Full Motor Accident Management
Account management - Ability to build relationships at all levels up to directors/board level
Experienced negotiator and influencer, commercially aware, with a full appreciation of the criteria required to deliver profitable deals for the company and the client
Ability to interpret Insurance brokers needs and requirements
Excellent presentation skills
Personal organisational & planning skills
Preferable comprehensive understanding of Motor Accident Management processes
Full driving licence (Essential)
