Our client is seeking a Claims Manager to work out of their Stoke-on-Trent office, managing a team of circa 50 Claims Handlers / Claims Team Leader, dealing with a caseload of commercial and domestic claims. You will further, handle some of the larger & more complex claims yourself. You will report into the Unit Manager and be typically responsible for service delivery, allocation of losses, technical output / quality assurance, staff appraisals, training & development etc. We are ideally looking for either an experienced Claims Team Leader or a Claims Technician with good experience of handling both commercial and domestic claims; someone that enjoys management & who would relish the task of being responsible for a team of claims handlers.
