Salary: £23000 to £26000 £23000 - £26000 per annum + Contrib Pension, PRP, 25 Holidays, Bupa

Our client, a leading insurance company based in the heart of Manchester is seeking a Motor Claims Team Leader. The primary focuses of the role is to lead, motivate and manage a team of motor claims handlers and ensure both individual and team objectives are achieved. As well as overseeing the day to day management and development of team members you will also be responsible for monitoring targets and analysing MI, continually reviewing existing systems/processes as well as the opportunity to be involved in project work. The position requires a flexible approach, leadership and supervisory skills along with the ability to work in and create a cohesive team environment. Candidates must have effective communication and people management skills, along with relevant technical knowledge including a good understanding of the Road Traffic Act and case law.
