Our client is looking for a Senior Household Claims Technician / Internal Adjuster to work out of their Mancheter office and handle / assist other Claims Handlers with a portfolio of household (buildings, contents and personal possessions) claims. You will typically liaise with loss adjusters, brokers, policyholders & third parties, reporting directly into the Branch Manager. You will boast extensive (more than 3 years) prior household claims handling or domestic adjusting experience and be able to use your own initiative in order to resolve complaints or queries. In addition, excellent communicative and customer service skills are essential as you will act as a point of technical referral for the team.
