Our client is seeking a Household Claims Team Leader to work out of their Glasgow office, managing a team of household claims handlers handling claims on a ‘desk-top’ basis and acting support of external Adjusters on the larger and more complex cases. You will report into the Unit Manager and be typically responsible for service delivery, allocation of losses and technical output / quality assurance etc. We are ideally looking for either an experienced Claims Team Leader or Senior Household Claims Technician with good prior experience of handling household claims; someone that account management / responsibility & who would relish the task of being a focal point. This represents a fantastic opportunity working for a smaller / niche Loss Adjusting organisation.
