Our client is looking for a Household Claims Operations Manager to work out of their Glasgow office and operationally manage their Household Claims Unit incorporating Claims Technicians / Desktop Investigators. You will report into the Household Claims Director and be operationally responsible for the running of this business unit, accountable for systems, staffing, services, profit & loss, logistics, complaints and account management etc. Ideally, you will be ACII qualified although this isn’t essential & where appropriate, further professional development will be supported. We are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years prior operational and/or managerial experience; someone energetic, dynamic & ambitious. You will work out of their local office and be provided with all the necessary equipment / office support as required.
