Our Client is seeking a of First Notification of Loss Claims Handler to work within their Bolton office. The Notification Team is responsible for registering all new claims , including accidental damage, fire and theft. The FNOL Handler's role is to act as the first point of contact for customers when they notify a claim against their policy & establish the facts surrounding the claim to ensure the claim is passed through to the right team. Delivery of the highest standards of customer care and satisfaction are paramount, combined with the requirement to make decisions about the customer’s responsibility, in order to instruct the correct team to deal and the validity of a claim. Previous experience in a customer-facing role including demonstrable evidence of providing high standards of customer care are essential, as well as having numeracy and literacy to GCSE level.
