Our client is seeking a Senior Liability Adjuster & Area Manager to work out of their West Midlands office and manage a team of Liability Adjusters and support staff, as well as handling their own (very small) caseload of the larger & more complex EL, PL and Products liability cases. You will report into the Regional Operations Manager and be responsible for regional profit & loss, service, technical output, staff appraisals & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager and/or Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a team and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced manager or a Senior Liability Adjuster looking to get into management. You will be working for a market-leading Adjusting practice.
