Our client is seeking to recruit a Creditor Fraud Investigator / Technician to work out of their Bristol office. Handling suspicious, high risk and potentially fraudulent creditor losses, you will be expected to conduct detailed investigations, including external site visits, to ascertain the validity of the claim; this will typically entail liaising with Claims Handlers, Underwriters, policyholders and third parties, collating supporting evidence and undertaking background checks. You may be expected to attend court; aside from this, you will be expected to be actively involved in client liaison; acting as first point of contact, dealing with complaints, service issues and ensuring excellent and efficient service is provided. This position requires someone who is familiar with both insurance fraud and creditor claims, ideally with a relevant qualification such as ACII.
