Our client, a specialist and prestigious insurance claims organisation is seeking to develop their team with the addition of CAR / Construction Liability Claims Technicians to handle a portfolio of losses until settlement. Utilising external Adjusters where required, you will liaise with policyholders, brokers, third parties and solicitors in order to negotiate an equitable settlement to the loss. Previous experience of handling CAR and / or construction liability (including JCT 21.2.1) is essential and you would ideally have been working in this area for at least three years. Candidates will ideally have some progression towards a relevant qualification such as ACII, although this is not essential as professional development will be promoted. This role comes with the potential of carrying out external investigations in the future and, as such, represents an excellent opportunity.
