Our client is seeking a Property Loss Adjuster Directr to work from home and/or out of one of their local offices and manage the UK Property Adjusting proposition (including the major & complex loss division), reporting into the Loss Adjusting Services Director. Your Loss Adjusters will handle property losses (Domestic, HNW & Commercial etc) on behalf of various instructing principals including Lloyds / London market clients. You will be typically responsible for a management structure, divisional profit & loss, service levels, technical output, staff appraisals, recruitment & training / development etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Manager / Loss Adjuster; someone that enjoys managerial work, would relish the task of being responsible for a national field force and can demonstrate a track record of ‘getting the best’ out of a team.
