Our client, a niche, specialist Loss Adjusting practice is seeking to expand their burgeoning team with the addition of a Junior Liability Adjuster to operate throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding areas as required. You will be handling a caseload of EL, PL and product liability claims on behalf of a number of instructing principals on both a \"cradle to grave\" and \"investigate and report only\" basis. Applicants must have at least three years previous experience of handling casualty claims including negotiating liability and quantum. Previous external experience of conducting site visits would be advantageous, as would a relevant qualification (or progression towards) such as ACII, although support for professional development will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for a \"Liability Technician\" to secure a role \"on the road\" with an expanding organisation.
