Our Client is an established Legal Expenses Insurance provider with a reputation for excellent service standards and a wide range of products servicing mainline insurance business as well as niche sectors. Due to expansion they are seeking to recruit a HNW / VIP Claims handler to deal with own portfolio of RTA High Net Worth losses, handling from intimation through to settlement whilst adhering to strict service level agreements. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential as you will essentially be dealing with VIP clients. A proactive approach towards overcoming problems is also highly desirable.
