Our client is seeking a Liability Claims Manager to work out of their Stoke office, managing a team of liability claims handlers handling EL, PL and Products liability claims on a ‘desk-top’ basis and acting support of external Liability Investigators on the larger and more complex cases. You will report into the Unit Manager and be typically responsible for service delivery, allocation of losses and technical output / quality assurance etc. We are ideally looking for an experienced Claims Team Leader / Manager with a sound knowledge of Liability Claims.
