Salary: £20000 to £30000 £20000 - £30000 per annum + Car, Bonus, Benefits etc

Our client is seeking a Building Surveyor / Estimator to handle a portfolio of primarily insurance perils (fire, flood, storm etc) property damage claims and risk surveys, up to £25,000 acting on behalf of various instructing principles comprising mainly of Loss Adjusters and Insurers. Although not essential, ideally you will possess a Buildings/Surveying qualification or designation (i.e HNC – Building Studies, A/MCIOB etc), although this is not essential. You will typically determine causation / policy cover, produce an estimate / schedule of repairs using pre-agreed rates and project manage remedial works through to a completion. You will manage service levels, ensure adherence to health & safety requirements and inspect & audit completed works to ensure quality assurance. You will report into the Regional Director, working out of their local office and be provided with all of the necessary IT equipment / office support. We are looking for a good team player, someone dynamic and ambitious; further professional development will be supported.
